She is responsible for all of our processes for Human Resources, People Management along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience, has helped leaders, their teams, and companies improve performance. Particularly in times of fast-paced transformation and growth in business. Annmarie has been a consultant to transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through the management of performance and organizational processes, employee engagement, and the management of change. Infatuated by management, she believes that team building and learning as an essential element to gain the competitive edge. Her extensive experience includes working for Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses to coach and develop managers, and achieving result, she was able to help create organizational cultures that embody changing and learning. Annmarie, who has a commitment to helping Learning Ally in its mission and also dedicates her spare time supporting different non-profit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. Additionally, she provides education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
