Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel gets the most out of her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day as well as the second heavy weight day.
